STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO GETTING MARRIED AT THE ATRIUM BY LIGON FLYNN

1. BOOK A TOUR

Schedule an in-person or virtual tour by visiting our contact form.

2. CHECK AVAILABILITY AND PRICING

Fill out the inquiry form for information on available dates and pricing.
Expect a prompt response from Laura Horton with all the details you need.

3. RESERVE YOUR DATE

Secure your wedding date with a refundable $500 damage security deposit.
Confirm your booking and discuss any additional services you may need.

4. PLAN YOUR SETUP

Utilize the provided amenities: benches, walnut folding chairs, various tables, and a movable bar.
Coordinate setup and cleanup with your day-of coordinator, who must be selected from our Preferred Vendor List.

5. SELECT VENDORS

Choose from our Preferred Vendor List for catering and other services.
Ensure all vendors are licensed and insured.
Discuss alcohol packages, which are mandatory for Friday, Saturday, and holiday events.

6. FINALIZE YOUR PLANS

Submit the final event plan, guest count, and day-of planner details at least two weeks prior to the event.
Plan your rehearsal time with Laura Horton, ensuring your day-of coordinator is present.

7. EVENT DAY SETUP

Access the venue from the start of your rental period for setup.
Enjoy the downstairs interior space and optional bridal suite (additional fee applies).
Conclude all activities by 10 PM due to city noise ordinances.

8. CLEANUP AND DEPARTURE

Ensure the venue is cleaned and all personal items are removed by the end of the rental period.
Coordinate trash disposal and equipment removal with your caterer and vendors.
Return all benches and furniture to their original positions to avoid additional fees.

What is the venue’s maximum capacity?

The Atrium can host up to 175 guests for a mix-and-mingle reception and around 125 for a seated dinner.

What is the event curfew?

All events must conclude by 10 PM due to city noise ordinances.

Where is smoking allowed?

Smoking is only permitted outside the venue.

Can we use our own decorations?

While hanging Edison lights are provided, any additional lighting and draping must be installed by licensed and insured professionals.

What are the parking options?

Paid parking is available across the street and in a nearby parking deck on Market Street.
